After an impressive career spanning nearly three decades in the truck parts industry, Jim Melvin is officially retiring as Parts Manager at Peterbilt Atlantic Kentville. For the past 17 years, Jim has been an integral part of the Peterbilt Atlantic family, contributing his expertise, leadership, and unwavering dedication to our customers and staff.

Jim's journey in the world of truck parts began in 1995 when he joined Peterbilt Nova Scotia. His commitment to excellence quickly made him a trusted name in the industry. In 2007, when Peterbilt Atlantic acquired Peterbilt Nova Scotia, Jim seamlessly transitioned to our team in Kentville. As one of the original members of the Kentville branch, Jim has been with us since Day One, helping to shape the success and reputation of our operations in the region.

Over the years, Jim has become a familiar face to our customers and a mentor to his colleagues. His vast knowledge of truck parts and his dedication to providing top-notch service have earned him the respect and admiration of everyone he has worked with. Jim’s ability to share his expertise has left a lasting impact on our team.

To honor Jim and celebrate his remarkable career, we invite friends, colleagues, and customers to drop in for a farewell gathering on Thursday, janvier 30, from 2 PM to 4 PM at Peterbilt Atlantic Kentville, located at 1521 Harrington Road. This is an opportunity to share memories, express gratitude, and wish Jim all the best as he begins his next chapter. Refreshments will be served.
